About these terms

Surface Area is operated by DE Brands, Hong Kong. These terms apply to use of our store and purchases from it. Contact us at hello@surfacearea.com.au. Nothing here excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate order and contact information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. The checkout shows the items, currency, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it, for example because an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we do not supply. We will not substitute items or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Products and offers

Images show the product as accurately as reasonably possible, although screens and lighting can affect colour. Follow the product’s instructions and care label. The towel is a body-cleansing and physical-exfoliation accessory, not a treatment for a medical condition. Offer eligibility, quantities and prices are displayed on the store and confirmed at checkout. Discounts do not automatically combine unless expressly stated. A free item has no separate cash value; refunds reflect the amount actually paid.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our shipping policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates and shipping charges. Our returns policy includes a 30-day risk-free trial from delivery. Contact us promptly to request an order change; a change may not be possible once dispatch has begun. Statutory remedies are not limited by our voluntary trial period.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or use another person’s information without authority. Website content and brand assets belong to their respective owners. You may use the store for normal browsing and purchasing; other use of protected material requires permission or a lawful exception. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, without removing our responsibilities to you.

Privacy and responsibility

Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling. We take reasonable care with the store, but temporary interruptions may occur. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by applicable law. These terms do not disclaim consumer guarantees or compensation that you are legally entitled to receive.

Governing law and changes

Hong Kong law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts and remedies available in their place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
